A FlyBookIt itinerary or quotation is not a confirmed booking. Availability, fares, taxes and supplier conditions can change before written confirmation.
Third-party suppliers
Flights, accommodation, transport, attractions and insurance may be supplied by independent providers. Their terms, schedules and operating decisions apply alongside the confirmed FlyBookIt booking terms.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information, carrying the government photo ID used for bookings, checking current health or local-access requirements and reviewing the itinerary and conditions before payment.
Payments and confirmation
Payment schedules, cancellation terms and inclusions are confirmed in the relevant quotation or booking communication. A booking is not confirmed until FlyBookIt provides written confirmation.
