Before confirmation
An unconfirmed itinerary or quotation can be changed without a cancellation charge from FlyBookIt. Supplier-held reservations or fare conditions may have their own expiry rules.
After confirmation
Cancellation, amendment and refund eligibility depends on the exact suppliers, fare rules, hotel rate conditions and package terms shown in the confirmed quotation.
Processing requests
Send change or cancellation requests in writing as soon as possible. We will explain the applicable supplier conditions and any FlyBookIt service charges, if stated in the confirmed quote.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, timing depends on supplier processing and payment-provider timelines. We will provide an update once the supplier confirms the outcome.
